    This is such a fun website! The technical principles are great and personalizable, while serving an education purpose perfect for a collaborative classroom.

  A paragraph about your experience using MS Word as a student (both in K-12 and at FSU). Do you prefer another word processing software (e.g., Google Docs or Pages)? If so, why do you prefer to use this word processing software? Growing up in Orange County Public Schools in Orlando Florida, MS Word was a skill I got to learn pretty early in the elementary computer lab. I even took a class on how to use the program in high school. I personally have a good experience with the program and it helps me with many formatting exercises or formal assignments. The standard I chose was from Computer Science (Starting 2025-2026), specifically Grade 3: Strand SC.3.CC: Communication and Collaboration, Standard 2 SC.3.CC.2 : Identify uses of technology and responsible uses of modern communication. Within this standard includes how to use technology to send communication. I see this in the form of parent teacher digital newsletters, weekly emails to the parents, and pop up announcements in the students digital learning platform. Based on my current skill set I would feel comfortable implementing this standard and feel that I can implement the standard well in the classroom.  In the CPALMS, I selected a third grade science resource tool, titled “Words of Science”.
